About: C茅sar just transferred from Moorpark College where he got his AS degree. He identifies as a Latino, an immigrant, a first-generation college student, and a member of the LGBT community. He enjoys guiding people through their academic journey (especially people who are planning to transfer from a community college). He advocates for equal opportunities and for the representation of minorities. He also likes listening to other peoples' immigration experiences and life journeys.
