eBill Statements & Email Notifications

• Each month, an eBill will be generated for all students who have activity on their student account, Activity on an account could be payments made, refunds issued, new charges, financial aid posting, etc.
• Students and authorized users will be emailed a notification informing them that a new billing statement is available to view via the ������Pay portal site. Please ensure to read all email notifications thoroughly for account information & updates. Paper statements will not be mailed.

How to View Current & Prior Statements

2. Click on ������pay
3. On the ������pay Overview page, click on Statements
4. All of your account statements will appear here; click the paper icon under View to view your statement or the arrow icon under Save to download that specific statement

How to View Your Account Summary

5. Click on a specific term/semester (ex: Fall 2025) for a detailed breakdown of the charges and accepted financial aid applied to your student account; in this section you can also click View Statement for this breakdown to be viewed or downloaded in a statement format at any time

Payment Methods

We accept these online payment types online through ������pay:

• Electronic check (ACH) through a checking or savings account (no processing fee)
• Credit or Debit card (processing fees are 2.85% for domestic cards and a 4.25% for international cards)
• 529 Account (fees may apply)
• International wire transfer

How to Pay Online

1. Go to 
2. Click on Make a Payment or International Wire Transfer 
3. Enter the full amount of your balance (please refer to the amount on your Statement or Account Summary). Then, click on the Add to Payment �ǰ� Checkout b�ܳٳٴDz�.
4. Enter your payment information and follow the instructions on screen to submit payment. 

*Employer Reimbursement is also a payment option. For employer reimbursement details, please scroll to "Employer Reimbursement" here.*

If you would like to pay your balance in monthly installments, we offer a payment plan featuring automatic electronic payments through ������pay. Automatic Monthly Payment Plans are available per semester. For FALL 2025 the deadline to sign up for an auto pay plan is August 15, 2025.

Payment Plan Details

Enrollment Fee 

• $63 enrollment fee per semester (due at the time of enrollment; non-refundable). 

Payment Method

• Automatic electronic check payment from domestic checking or savings accounts (no fee required).
• Credit or debit cards (processing fees are 2.85% for domestic cards and a 4.25% for international cards). 

Payment Plan Schedule

• First payment: Enrollment fee and first installment due at the time of sign-up. All sign ups for Fall 2025 need to be in by August 15th.
• Subsequent payments: Each payment will be auto deducted on the 25th day of each month until scheduled completion. (The earlier you enroll in the payment plan, the more months your total will be distributed over (therefore, the amount of each installment will be less.)

How to Enroll in a Payment Plan

1. Go to 
2. On the ������Pay Overview page, scroll down and click View payment plan options
3. Click on Use payment plan calculator
4. To calculate your plan amount, input all charges according to your statement/bill (tuition, room, meal (board), fees, etc.) along with any accepted financial aid – please ensure all information is inputted correctly
5. Click Continue
6. View your plan breakdown and click Enroll in plan
7. Follow all instructions and input your payment method
8. Continue following all instructions on screen
9. Final step is to click Pay

Additional Payment Plan Information 

• Students on a payment plan will not receive monthly interest. If the payment plan is signed up for the incorrect amount or there is a missed payment, interest will be evaluated and a hold may be placed.
• If there are any changes to your account balance (such as added scholarship or a changed meal plan), email the Student Accounts Office at stuaccts@CalLutheran.edu to have your payment plan reviewed and adjusted.
• All students on 15-week (all Traditional Undergraduate students and some Graduate programs) or 11-week semester schedules can sign-up for Fall and Spring payment plans.
• Students in 8-week programs (PROs and some Graduate programs) are able to sign up for Fall and/or Spring payment plans, with 2 Terms being included at a time. Calculate your Fall payment plan to include all costs for Terms 1 & 2. Calculate your Spring payment plan to include all costs for Terms 3 & 4.
• Any returned payments will be charged a $35 returned payment fee and a hold will be placed on the account.
• Payment Plans are not offered during Summer.
